1. Return Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of your package’s confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this 30-day window cannot be processed.
2. General Return Eligibility & Acceptable Cases
We offer complete support, resends, or full refunds for issues caused by processing or transit faults. Eligible criteria include:

- Damaged Items: The product arrives physically broken, torn, or non-functional.
- Incorrect Items: You receive the wrong product, size, variant, or color than what was ordered.
- Missing or Defective Items: Parts of your order are missing, or a product contains structural defects.
- Lost Packages / Non-Delivery: Tracking shows zero movement, or the shipping carrier confirms delivery failure.
Non-Eligible Cases (Buyer’s Remorse)
- Change of mind after the order has been processed or shipped.
- Selection of an incorrect item, size, color, or variant during checkout.
- Minor variation in product colors due to different monitor or screen settings.
- Delays caused directly by carrier logistics, regional customs checks, or external tracking delays.
3. Required Proof of Issue
To process your claim quickly, you must provide clear documentation to our support team. Please include:
- Your Order Number.
- High-quality photos showing the exact defect or damage.
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label clearly displaying the tracking information.
- A brief video demonstration if an item is functionally defective or completely unworkable.
4. Item Condition for Approved Physical Returns
If a physical return is authorized by our support desk:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Products must retain original tags and remain inside their original packaging.
- All complementary accessories, pieces, or bundle attachments must be included.
5. Return Shipping Fees
- Faulty/Damaged Items: If you receive a wrong, missing, or damaged item, K&K Trend Wear will cover the cost of a replacement or issue a full refund. You will not bear return shipping penalties for merchant errors.
- Authorized Returns: If a return requires physical shipment back to our designated fulfillment center, instructions and addresses will be provided directly by our support desk. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Refund Options & Processing Windows
Once your provided evidence or returned item is reviewed and approved, we will notify you immediately. Valid options include:
- A direct 100% refund back to your original payment method.
- A direct product replacement or resend of the exact item at no additional charge.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for approved refund balances to appear back on your banking statement or digital payment processor account.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if the package has not yet entered our fulfillment queue. Once an order is processed, packaged, or handed off to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
